Marcia Waggoner

Marcia Waggoner holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration and has more than 25 plus years of Community and Economic Development experience acquired through her employment with various financial institutions, local government agencies, and public sector organizations.

Marcia served as Director of Career Development Initiatives for the Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino where she provides direction and oversight of all “Moving-to-Work†programs designed to transform lives through economic advancement.
