Ray Blom

Ray Blom has over 20 years of experience leading and managing successful businesses and holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business. In 2002, he successfully founded the Contactor’s State License Centers, a chain of state accredited Vocational Schools that serve the construction industry and entrepreneurs. Ray is currently a senior partner and the Chief Operating Officer of The Corporate Advocate, a forty-year-old business consultancy and asset protection firm specializing in the staffing and construction Industries. Rays service to the community has included serving on as a volunteer or board member with the following organizations San Bernardino County Sheriff & Probation Departments, Community Action Partnership of San Bernardino County, The Salvation Army, Oak Valley College and is an active member of The Way World Outreach Church in San Bernardino, CA.
