San Bernardino and CityWay
CityWay was established by The Way World Outreach, a San Bernardino church, to advance community and economic development in the inner city. The office sits at 4835 Hallmark Pkwy (92407), off the 215 in the north end of the city.
The August 13, 2026 Job Fair, Community Resource Fair, and Mobile Court was held a short walk down the same street at The Way World Outreach, 4680 Hallmark Pkwy. The City of San Bernardino and San Bernardino County Human Resources were among the 35 employers that took a table.
Most churches and ministries registered with the San Bernardino Faith-Based Network are based in the city, and the network's mission is tied directly to the San Bernardino County strategic plan to end homelessness.
